Luke Skywalker- after his fight with Shimrra in The New Jedi Order finale, you see that Luke has become quite the expert swordsman and an extremely dangerous foe
Mace Windu- invented the 6th lightsaber form of Vapaad at the age of 12, he clearly has tremendous lightsaber fighting ability.
Yoda- using both the Force and his lightsaber to duel together in harmony, he makes a fool out of Dooku, who is one of the best swordsmen in the galaxy at the start of the Clone Wars
Count Dooku- a master swordsman at Form II of lightsaber combat. Form II was designed specifically to combat other weilders of the lightsaber. He clearly has the upper hand in the fight against Obi-Wan and Anakin.
Jacen Solo- after his "regrowth" at the hands of Vergere, he has become a powerful swordsman and force weidler. He uses these two together to become an unstoppable force.
Obi-Wan Kenobi- a true follower of the light side of the Force, he bests Anakin in a duel, which isnt easy.
Darth Vader- the Chosen One, a powerful swordsman due to his dark side powers.
Anakin Solo- even though he was a mere apprentice, his skill with the lightsaber was unparalleled by others in his class, and though he died in the mission to destroy the voxyn, he was clearly supposed to follow in Luke Skywalker's footsteps.
Jaina Solo- the "Sword of the Jedi", she puts her skills into both lightsaber combat and piloting. Her reflexes allows her to be a master at both.
i know, there are some EU characters, if you dont know em ignore em.

Not only EU characters but EU sources, Warspawn- that rather annihilates your whole list. Do keep this canon only, ta.

I have to admit maul was good but when Obi wan came to him he had no chance, anakin 's crap dooku had him all over the place but he was an experianced lightsabre duelist.
foolish humans!im the best lightsaber fighter!*turns on lightsaber, not realizing the blade is faceing me and is impaled with her own lightsaber*i think i need a band-aid...
*ahem* id have to say im quite impressed with dooku's skills.

I have to admit maul was good but when Obi wan came to him he had no chance, anakin 's crap dooku had him all over the place but he was an experianced lightsabre duelist.
