Yoda is my favorite character. He is the best.
Padme is the best looking, but the outfit leia wore in episode 6 made her the best eye candy.

Obi-Wan has been there for everything. We've seen him as a young headstrong student, a wizened teacher and a remorseful hermit. He's a great character for a writer to play with. the fact that he's hott as Tattooine's sun doesn't hurt either.
