No Grievous is not Force-sensitive. The reason Shaak Ti went flying in Clone Wars is because he punched her, rather than striking with his blade.

if he can use the force he owuld of used it in the movie and you would of been able to use it in the episode3 game and my guide would of told me he could use the force
