Kanos. Both were trained in Echani, but Kanos was trained more extensively, and the best in his field. Not to mention the barracks where he lived, and defeating Carnor Jax. Handmaiden wouldn't even defeat Blim....but perhaps I underestimate her.

Handmaiden did take on 6 of her Echani sisters, but I doubt those girls were as good as the sons chosen to serve the Emperor of the Galaxy.
