Snake-eyes wins this fight hands down... I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't even get hit. Read the G.I. Joe comics and you'll see how ridiculous Snake-eyes is, he makes Batman look like a rank immature.
Snake-eyes has stabbed Scarlet through the chest, while running with such accuracy that he didn't cause any real damage, he has moved his sword so fast that the friction cause it to burst into flames then it shattered when he clashed with Storm Shadow. He has gotten to the top floor of a Cobra bass with out being detected even though it was crawling with Night Creeper Ninjas. Snake-eyes can beat dozens of B.A.T.S with ease and each of them can rip apart armored cars are immune to conventional weaponry. Snake-eyes once was being tracked by Spirit Iron Knife (the best hunter/tracker of the Joes), who was 10 miles away hidden in the forest… Snake-eyes knew Spirit was fallowing him.
Snake-eyes is the greatest member of the Arashikage clan so I’ll list some things other members have done, members that he totally outclasses. The Soft Master has used the Ear that Sees to located rockets fired at him from behind by Destroy and deflected them all easily with out turning around. The Soft Master also casually back handed a Police officer from one side of the room to the other… then out the window. After that he speed blitz the rest of the men in the room. Tommy Arashikage, when he was 18, ran across an empty field to get Snake-Eyes, Tommy was the only target for 5 platoons worth of machine gun fire yet he dodged them all will carrying a body over his back.
...How did any of you come to the conclusion Blade wins? It says wonders about your credibility.

Have you read any blade comicbooks?
Blade defeated a vampire who could BAT away bullets with his bare hands.
Hell, Blade dodges the fire from attacking aircraft, not only that, he dodged automatic rifle fire from pointblank range.(Blade - Vampire hunter issue 1) Later he jumps at LEAST 20 feet, because when he comes down the silverfang officers look up and go "Is he flying?" and blade says, "No, I jumped!"
Blade also has extreme tolerances to pain, and a nice healing factor. After being crucified, he rips himself off the cross and fights his way through a group of vampires. (Blade,Volume 2 issue4)
Thats just a quick scan of my blade comics too :-p

Did you even read my post? Bating away bullets does even hold a candle to Snake-eyes' moving his sword so fast that it ignites in flames (When the sword connected with Storm Shadow's there was an explosion). They aren't even in the same field; hell even Dare Devil has bated bullets back at the shooter.
Blade can jump 20 feet! Big deal Snake-eyes has back flipped from one roof top to another, and I'm not talking adjacent buildings here, they were on opposite sides of the street. When he landed he simultaneously blocked five cross bow bolts (literally).
I don't think you want to talk about high tolerance for pain when Blade's oppent is Snake-eyes; read the comic and see so of the stuff he has lived through.
Snake-eyes will take Blade to the cleaners in hand to hand, sword or knife combat or any other form of combat you can think of.
