Current Juggy is garbage.
Anyway, "Nerf"ernaut could hold his own against the Hulk for a while, giving Doosday the time he needs to turn Grimm into a rockpile, then the two of them gang up on Hulk. Hulk would eventually get angry enough to swat Juggs away, then he and Dd would go at it. HARD.
Too bad Dd can't be beaten by physical means anymore, so while it'd take a looong time, he'd KO the Hulk in the end.

If this was current Juggs, then he'll get creamed.
If it was Classic, then this becomes a three-way fight.
Thing will be gone in seconds.
And both Juggy AND DD are immune to physical attacks.
So in the end, Hulk would lose. He can't face off against two invulnerable characters.
