Enough about Sid and Yoda...

From what it looked like in the movie it was a stalemate... Battle wise... Can we end the argument?

i think yes, it kinda was, but yoda lost...

even in a fight of 2 equals, someone has to win, and it ended up that palpatine won this time...

Exactly. The debate won't stop when people keep starting threads about it, even if the thread is started to end the argument... which is a baffling move, I must say.

Only because the troops showed up so the fight couldn't go on.

Stalemate sounds right.

But didn't Yoda only lose because he couldn't grab onto anything after the explosion? Palpatine managed to stay on the floating thing while Yoda couldn't and fell all the way to the ground and got hurt.

^^^

Yeah Yoda only has tiny baby hands, which only have 3 fingers. Plus he is easier to throw around.

But for the millionth time, DRAW.

Stalemate.

In the 2003-2004 NHL season, there were exactly 73 instances when two opponents battled and neither achieved victory.

Yeah, I agree it was a draw. I was just pointing out that Palpatine never really won.

Actually we're entitled to our own opinions. Some people will say Yoda, some will say Sidious, some will say it was a draw. Who cares! deal with it!
