What's Up With The Viceroy???

what's up with the viceroy?? i mean in episode one they were destroyed by anakin but how did they appear in episode 2??i thought they were dead!!did they come back to life or something...i thought there were only two viceroy...

umm the viceroy (Nute Gunray) was on Naboo at the end of TPM and is seen being arrested at the end! in AOTC Sio Bibble blatantly says something about the viceroy getting off with the charges hence he is still at large!!

Yep! He didn't die at all, and he still had power over the trade federation.
