Hector wasn't the weakest Fate. Far from it actually. When he wasn't jobbing in JSA, which was a necessity given his power level, he was taking down Gods like nobodies business.

hector hall will wtfpwn him. U. Dr. S was such a noob, even his manservant, Ultimate Wong seems to be better at him at this point. His father though might be a bit different(which seemed to reflect 616 Dr. S more but without any actual appearance)
