Captain America, Daredevil, Punisher VS Maximus, Ting(Ong Bak protagonist)Rambo
Team Marvel Heroes:
-Captain America gets his shield
-Daredevil with his billy club
-Punisher with two 9mm guns, 2 uzi, 1shotgun, 5bombs and 5 grenades, two knives, his kevlar costume.
Team Movie Heroes:
-Maximus gets an adamantium dagger and shield plus his body armor reinforced on the level of that of cap.
-Ting gets two batons.
-Rambo gets his knife, an M-60, two 9mm guns, a jackhammer, 5 bombs and 5 grenades.
They fight in a city scenario, they will met in a warhouse.
Let the showdown begin.

Team Marvel would win if they attack. But, they won't attack. Even though they can beat them easily, Marvel will surrender to Ting out of admiration for him.
They will realize that the real life Tony Jaa can do some things that they can't with the help of crap writing in a comic book. Thus, they will surrender to him out of respect.
