 Miffed What do you think of Resident Evil?

Im doing a project at school and personally people i want to know what do you think of the games and what do you think of resident evil? That when it was thought up in 1996 and when you played all the series of the games what do you like about generally. Pretty I just want to know what you think of it in your own perspective?
