Again SS4 Vegeto has limited power and is vincible. Super Sonic has unlimited power and is invincible. Super Sonic cannot even be damaged.
Super Sonic wins.
The only way to beat "SS" is to drain all his rings or just wait for the ring count drop to 0.. but super sonic is fast enough to get more rings... in a way he's godlike...

Exactly, the rings have always been an important factor in the Sonic games and also, Vegeto isnt from a game, which would mean this has to be SS from the games, same goes for the "Goku vs SS" thread.
Here's some abilities Super Sonic has. His skin is now giving off a powerful aura so all he has to do is touch someone to inflict damage.
In Sonic Adventure 2 he has the power to do Chaos Control to control time and space.
In Sonic Heroes he has an upgraded version of the Lightspeed Attack.
In Sonic Advance he has an energy beam attack used to attack Eggman's ultimate robot.
In Sonic Advance 2 & 3 he has a upgraded version of the homing attack allowing him to gain a speed boast and able to break through comets without being phased by them.
Super Sonic travels at Super Sonic speed. He has the power to use an advance version of the Lightspeed Attack. He can freeze time with Chaos Control. He has unlimited energy and he's invincible.
SS4 Vegeto can't win. Vegeto has 15 minutes before he splits in 2. Super Sonic can just freeze time and kill him.
