Despite being the main character of a fanboy factory game series, Dante is cooler than Nightmare. Because Soul Calibur hasn't been good since SC2.

At least pick someone better than Nightmare...like...Rufus from Street Fighter 4. Or El Fuerte or Zangief.
Hell, use Dante vs Viewtiful Joe. Joe rapes guise, seriously, he really does.
Hyper Punch + Mach Speed is faster than you can possibly imagine.

I third this. SC3 is by far the best imo. 2 was good but those extra characters were just silly I.E. Link and Spawn.
4 Is good as well but not as good as 3 imo. Talim was beastly in 3.

Actually, Link was one of the worst characters in SC2 for GC. Spawn was broken, Link was bad, Heiachi was okay.
I played Link anyway because he was the coolest character in the GC version, and his moves were lol. Yoshimitsu for WTF tier though.
