That's still 3 months. When I heard about the big announcement I hoped it would be for a release date in September or something awesome like that. Plus it's like 2 weeks after FFXII is released, so I'll have to somehow manage to split my time between these two games I've been waiting forever for?

Plus FFIII for the DS is coming out sometime in November...Jesus! Going to be a busy month for me.

BF this is just my raw prediction. But I think this year's holiday season will be the most busiest EVER for the Video Game Industry. It's just so much stuff happening! The launch of the Wii and PS3 plus their games and the 360 list. Man! this is just so large. I think this will be without a doubt the biggest and most busy season ever for every video game fans. I'm just giddy thinking about it. big grin

Couldn't agree with you more! Splinter Cell's coming out in October, and then just a few weeks later is Gears Of War! Plus the Wii and all the sick games for the DS (plus I'm getting the DS lite in two weeks) eek!

Anyway, this game is going to be amazing... I couldn't stop watching the E3 demo eek!

And that chainsaw looks friggin amazing...

Definitly. But doesnt this news sound familiar to what happened with GTA against the first XBOX?

I just hope this game is good enough to warrent the hype. It sure looks good. I also hope that good games that are released during Christmas dont get lost in the shuffle.

For me, it will definately be the biggest video game buying season since the N64. The last few years I've only bought a few games around holiday season, this year, there's a good dozen or so that I will probably buy.
