Of course I would have wanted the CIS to win. If Sidious hadnt been playing both sides of the war, and hadnt ordered the Droid Factories to be shut down then Count Dooku and co would have emerged victorious. Besides, they wanted a Government free of the corruption seen within the ranks of the Republic. If the Confederacy Of Independant Systems had become the galaxies Government with Count Dooku at the helm, then we wouldnt have witnessed the Empire and the death of billions.
