Wolverine pops his claws out and keels over in agony. Then cap takes it just from being the only one who can really endure and sustain for a long time, plus that shield
Either Daredevil or Cap. Cap really has the endurance to keep going but with enemies like Kingpin and Elektra who have alot of respect for Daredevil they're not going to go after him first. They'll want to clear the field and save him for last. Logan and Cap get assailed and Daredevil is left to play clean up. Think DD wins
Or Elektra and Kingpin may decide to stick with DD because they know him already. Cap has beaten up DD before, im not sure if either of them will know that. (Probably not).

I'd go for Wolverine for a slight majority. He's got the whole ninja/samurai thing down, so he'd probably go for a sword in this fight. That puts him at an advantage over the other, methinks.
No healing factor or adamantium for Wolverine in this fight
Elektra and him where going back and forth with his healing factor and claws, which he doesn't have here. He's not hanging with Elektra in this scenario even if he gets a sword. Elektra, Kingpin and Daredevil are most likely gonna team up in this scenario anyway so Cap and Wolverine will be on edge. The way I see it
Daredevil has his billy clubs, Wolverine takes his sword (murasame), Cap has his sheild, Elektra has her sai, Kingpin goes barehanded. Pairings (based on characters interaction, past alliances etc):
DD and Elektra take on Wolverine
Daredevil and Elektra win
Cap takes on Kingpin
Cap wins
Daredevil and Elektra takes on Cap
Daredevil and Elektra wins
I could see it going down like that, however, I thought the purpose of the thread was to pit them 1 vs 1 vs 1 vs 1 vs 1. In which case, Cap would take the majority.
If they WERE allowed/inclined to make and break alliances, though, Daredevil would be the last one standing.
A shield isn't a long range weapon, no matter how you use it. Same with billy clubs.
I'm pretty sure the intention of the original poster was to stop anyone from getting any kind of futuristic weaponry (The Kingpin especially), and make this a primarily melee battle.
I think daredevil wins this. At the minimum, he could take a majority over everyone here (seeing that wolverine has no HF), cap being his biggest threat

This can go many ways, but i do see DD taking it as well. Caps shield has been mentioned, but i believe as soon as that shield gets thrown, Cap will NEVER see it again in this fight. Kingpin is being a bit underrated imo. He beat Cap in h2h combat already and if not jobbing, can put up a decent fight against a couple others as well. Wolvie not having a healing factor OR Adamantium is greatly limiting him. Id at least give him the Adamantium to grant him that extra durability. Either way, imo hes not as skilled as Daredevil or Elektra(or at least hasnt shown to be consistantly) so hed struggle quite a bit. DD for the win.
