Dr. Strange vs Dr. Fate

Prep: Both get 1 month of prep.

Area: They both fight in a neutral universe on an earth-like planet with no human life. Both of their powers function normally in this universe, including whatever normal summons/power they use.

Motivation: If they do not fight to the best of their abilities, they will lose whoever/whatever they hold most dear. The winner gets one wish granted for whatever they choose.
