Despero beats any version of Hulk.He is not only superior in strenght,he has many else adventages like ,flight, he can teleport him,mind controll him,mindrape him,disintegrade him and many more which I don't really want to list since he is in the tourney.....

Superior in strenght I doubt that. Coz the more you hit the Hulk the angrier he becomes and we've seen what that can do. Despero hasn't really showed that he is sooooo much Superior in strenght. But Despero would overcome the Hulk. The TP is a good thing to have.
