Physically spider girl does have the same power set as spiderman but i dont think she is as experienced in battle and doesnt have spidermans most recent uprgrades. Black cat could hang with spiderman in the past as she was regularly his partner. In a stragit up fight i would still give it to spidergirl the majority of times but if black cat got her bad luck powers I would give her the advantage.
