Penance Stare?
I'm sure that this has been made more than once already, but the search didn't give me any hits, so.
Who's the lowest being who can withstand the Penance stare from the Ghostrider(s) (Ketch and Blaze, right?)
Let's exclude beings like Venom and other Symbiotes as the Penance stare obviously wont work on them (At least properly) Would it work on DoomsDay/Daredevil? Would it work on Hulk? etc.
