what can he do?

looking at Wiki alone he doesnt look imposing at all, just some sorceror from a Tree with various powers, seems weak

Do you have a slow ISP or something? You can just watch the vids to see what he can do.
He controls the Void which devours cities and whatnot.

no i watched the vids....is that all he can do? and it didnt devour cities, it simply swallowed people in cities, which is useless again kain who can dimension walk anyway so he would simply escape it like the whoever they were did, if he even gets Kain in the first place or casts it before he is destroyed, Kain would rip its soul if it has one, if it doesnt then he will dimension walk, while slowing time slashing every part of it which would blow it to pieces, OR he could use time bolt and simply freeze it, should be a simple battle if its only real ability is BFR

Um, Kain can not dimensional walk. He was trapped in the Hylden dimension till he found a way out.
And Neo Exdeath was going to destroy all dimensions anyway.

From what I remember, he can suck entire cities to another dimension, and can only be defeated with help of a plot-device(the crystals).
