Silent Hill: Homecoming and Dead Space vs. Resistance 2 and Gears of War 2

I saved up $120 to buy two videogames and when I heard about Dead Space and the new Silent Hill game coming out, I felt excited. But, when I heard about Resistance 2 and Gears of War 2 coming out, I had second thoughts. I need some advice on which two games to buy.
