The Ninja only has his katana, the arm cannon (against Raven, Wolf and Mantis only) and his stealth camo.

Oh yeah, and to spice things up in the Screaming Mantis fight, he also has to dodge gunfire from Old Snake, Meryl, Raiden, Solidus Snake, Big Mama, and Big Boss.
