The Ultimate Doom: Sign-up thread
Following the outbreak of a mutagen that wiped out entire colony's on Mars, Earth's comunications started recieving unsettling messages of screams and calls for help. A Rapid Reaction Tactical Hazard force was sent in to clear up the problem. Since the sucess of their mission, commnications between the scientific colony outposts on Mars and Earth remained silent for nearly twenty years, Earthicans thinking the problem gone... and fogotten.
But now, after so long, Earth recieves a startling transmission from Mars that there are survivors that have time-travelled through the ARK molleculer destabilizer and are calling for help.
But the time fracture has caused beings from the past even more deadlier and nightmarish than before to be transported to the colony's of Mars bring ships and weapons from a time long ago.
Earth's military leaders convene to decide on a course of action that will spell certain DOOM for the planet. Ignorance is bliss.
Three years later Earth forces pick-up a single Earth battle cruiser sending out an SOS in orbit above our planet and the government reopens the possibility of the DOOM.
It is eventually decided to send a Hazard team to investigate the darelict ship.
That where we come in: As a member of several elite Hazard units, we will first investigate the ship. While this is happening we lose contact with Earth and once we reach the ships bridge we find that we are the only surviving humans. Earth had been attack. We recieve a transmission from Mars that calls to Earth with a warning... too late...
Hazard unit class:
Reg's (regular soldiers)
Hack's (hackers)
Demo's (demolitions)
Runner's (scout/fast attack)
Eye's (sniper)
Gaunt's (heavy weapons)
Med's (medic)
Ghost's (stealth)
Com-sat's (communications)
Enemies:
Anything and everything from other humans to zombies, mutants then aliens and creatures make it up. We encounter changed humans first. If this is approved please post ideas about the story, enemies, weapons, ships, and wether the RP is based on the game (DOOM 95 etc.) or movie.
All and any weapons except special class are allowed with approval.

Please post ideas about the story... both approved.. Oh DangerousBeauty, I'd change your Class to Eye's. Ghost's use silenced weapons... and also a sniper won't really suit our mission as it will be close-quarters comat! You can grab these weapons in the field of action unless you just want to be a Sniper then I suggest a Pistol or Machine Pistol for back-up... remember what we are going up against.

load me up as her teammate, then, and i'll keep an eye on her. it makes sense for a runner and an eyes to work as a team, anyway.
story? well, i like the thought you put up about exploring the ship, and maybe something goes wrong where it starts up and sends our team off into some unknown sector of the universe or something of the sort, and the Ark transport onboard is f*cked up to the point we can't use it to get back, or is out of range?
other than that, i'm out of ideas...

Weapons: 2 modified Dostevi pistols with laser sights and built in flash supression and silencers, an RF-Viper assault rifle with shotgun attachment, grenades, sachel charges, C4, and several combat knives.
Unit: Alpha Team (If there are enough players for two teams)
Skills: Tactical knowledge, good with explosives, and is accurate with most weapons.
Class: Demo/Ghost mix
Appearance: Brown hair, blue eyes, normally wears Royal Marines uniform. Is about 185cm in height. (Will post picture if possible when I can..)
Bio: Deck joined the Royal Marines when he was 20. He gradually climbed the ranks to reach Lieutenant Commander, and at the age of 25 put in a transfer to the Rapid Reaction Tactical Squads/Hazard units. Serving another four years in the RRTS/H as a Ghost but soon began using explosives on more that one occasion thus changing his job protocal's, he is now a Demo. Pushing 30 years old (29) he has shared/seen many secrets resulting from classified missions.
