Is there any information on Yoda when he was 500? He may not have even been a Jedi at that point(not that he wasn't).

So, we use a completely unknown incarnation of Yoda, against Obi-Wan's least combat ready incarnation. (I assume you mean ANH Kenobi) This is not only the incorrect forum, but the match is impossible to call.

Yoda could accidentally poke himself in the eye with a saber- that's how little we know about him.
