The Official Game Developers Thread

This thread is different from the game ideas thread, in that it is a place for developers to come and actually discuss games they have in progress, or get help with their current game. Feel free to post tutorials or code snippets, or just chat about your upcoming and speculative projects.
Also, its a place for designers to find coders, and for coders to find artists, and for artists to find promoters, and for everyone to find everyone.

With no further ado, let us begin!

Found a great tutorial the other day about tile based games in actionscript. Its probably not for first timers, but I'm sure that a beginner could pick a few things up. I am, however, having a few troubles transitioning from area to area. Anyone wanna check over my code for me? It's long, so I'll PM it.
