MAU problem

hey i got Marvel ultimate alliance on the psp a few weeks ago, and it was good until i rached up to asgard where i have to rescue the gods that are inprisoned, when i went to start the mission after the video played the game froze and turned off on the loading screen. so i returned it and bought another one the same thing happened? has any onw ever experienced this problem is it in the game or my psp?
