Frenzy is basically a female Luke Cage. I think she may be a tad stronger though.

Anyway Frenzy did quite well against She-Hulk if I recall correctly? Isn't Luke Cage around Class 30?

Yea, she one-shotted her iirc. Or something close to it.

Don't know if She-Hulk was one-shotted but Frenzy was seen fighting Quicksilver right after this and She-Hulk didn't show up for a few pages after this.

I remember Iceman encased Cargill in ice once or twice but she she busted out with ease. Don't now if that's considered impressive or not.
