Actually, I do not think he could tell Jin Kazama that. Since Ryu has no former experience with the guy, he got no former knowledge that Jin Kazama has an actual aura.
As for the thread in itself, you more or less scream out that you just did a spite, which is against the rules. You also added more than 6 combatants, which also is against the runes.
The rule you just mentioned involves a single match, which this thread has a set of. Currently there is no rule stating a thread can't involve multiple matches (although I'm expecting one to be made on the fly when a certain someone posts in here). As a matter of fact any thread that involved several matches were never ruled against or reported as illegal.
Secondly, what I say can either be serious or not. My opinion does not scream out spite, either, and had you known my intention you would know my entire post was just for laughs. People can debate this seriously or make jokes regarding the characters as they wish. As a matter of fact I'm pretty much a fan of every mentioned character in my post.
Finally, each and every match is one-on-one. This is just to see how far he gets.

he isnt placed to high. Hed more than likely kill all these people with ease with spleed blitz or flying swallow. You forget Ryu has some amazing speed feats And strength along with indurance.

I think it's safe to assume that Ryu with any choice of weapon from Ninja Gaiden can defeat (not kill since Scorpion's immortal) Scorpion.
Scorpion probably would win the H2H match with a higher overall percentage.
I think this being Ryu Hayabusa versus every one of those characters one-on-one makes this not a spite thread in the least, with the stipulation being,
Against Bryan Fury, Heihachi, Devil Kazuya, Jin, and Jinpachi, he wields the True Dragon Sword.
