phantom stranger vs dr.strange

phantom stranger vs classic dr.strange.

two scenarios:

1) each get some prep time

2) Both characters randomly encounter each other with malice intent.

Who wins?

Strange in both.

Phantom Stranger really isn't meant for battling vs threads.

Doctor Strange by far based on feats.

Phantom Stranger, by very definition on who and what he is, isn't someone who directly engages in combative situations often. He's implied to be powerful or at least essential to the universe, but he's just not a fighter. Very cool character, but not someone you can really argue for or against in Vs threads, much less against someone like Classic Doctor Strange.
