Captain America vs. Red Arrow

Rules/Notes:

- Both of them are in character but blood lust is on

- We're using Roy when he was a member of the JLA

- Battle takes place in Star City at mid-day. It starts on the top of a building

- Winner by knockout or just flat out defeat.

Who wins and why?

Bucky puts in a respectable showing. Nobody's saying it will be easy for Roy to beat him easily. big grin

But he's no Steve Rogers, and Roy can hang with the best of them like Shiva..

Good thing Roy's not Steve Rogers, either.

Bucky could hang with Shiva to, based on his feats, which are also across the board better than what Roy has shown.

His Winter Soldier stuff is impressive, and he has some nice feats as Cap. But imo, Dick Grayson could split even with him, and imo Roy Harper is > Dick.

A little better, but a little worse than Batman. (Thought very very close.)

It would have been cool to see Red Arrow & Dick Grayson as Batman tango when Roy was sober. Then they went and tried to turn Roy into a one-armed Jason Todd in Cry For Justice. sad
