He might be referring to Deathstroke's god-killer swords. They've just been introduced, so I have no idea what they can do. I'm not sure about Nth metal armor as well.
As for a Temugin stomp, pre-Flashpoint Deathstroke has ok showings against Wonder Woman, Superman, and the Flash (all three above Iron-Man, but in none of those battles does DS look as impressive as Temugin against Iron Man). He's also made full Titans teams look silly. Even if Temugin is favored, I wouldn't go so far to say it's a stomp.
Captain America has "OK" showings against Hulk.
Batman has drawn blood from Darkseid.
Deadpool has ok showings vs the Avengers Team.
Black Panther (heart shaped herb level) has ok showings vs Silver Surfer.
What are we talking about here? How exactly do we take these "showings"?
You have to look at the overall history of the character and consider whether the example is a strange outlier, or typical. Considering Deathstroke takes on full super-hero teams (and that was the main design and intention of the character), I'd say it's not a clear stomp for Temugin. Now, that's far from saying that because Deathstroke went a few rounds with Wonder Woman, he could actually beat Temugin. Though DS has only "OK" showings against the elite class, he has made Titan teams look silly. Those teams have Donna Troy (near Wonder Woman stats), Starfire, sometimes a Martian, etc.
As for new DCnu Deathstroke with god-killer swords, etc, it's too early to tell what those weapons grant him. His first two hero opponents are Wonder Woman and Superman though. Even prior to these weapons, the DCnu version has shown significant super-strength.
