Is Sithisis Canon?

I've heard that the events are depicted in The Ultimate Visual Guide.

Does that make it Canon, and does anyone have a screenshot of it?

I've heard that Leeland Chee has stated it as C-Canon, but I was wondering if you've seen that stated anywhere?

Every piece of canon that Lucas hasn't written/created/produced is C-Canon.
