Black tarantula vs these guys

Black tarantula vs these guys

fight takes place in NYC,
basic equipment, current versions.

side note this is not a gauntlent,but a 1v1 fight.
just wanna know how BT would fair against these individuals


1. Captain America
2. Wolverine
3. Spiderman (ok i know spidey lost but lets say spidey used his "ends of the earth" suit
4.Batman ( with 1 day prep )
5. Luke Cage
6. Moon Knight
7. Deadpool (from the minis "deadpool kills marvel" stick out tongue )
8. DCNU Wonder woman
9. Hawkeye (he has pym shrank arrows so that he wont run out of ammu)
10. Thing

Don't know anything about the suit. If it's like the Iron Spider, I guess BT.
