Yeah. Shepard's punches have sent Turians flying(cinematic when finding Morrinth), his headbutts have hurt/stunned Krogan's(the guy near the Krogan Shaman), etc...

It's pretty obvious when they rebuilt him, they made him hugely cybernetic, and it amped his strength and durability as a result.

Kirk couldn't even hurt that lizard guy. No way he takes down Shepard whose pretty damn quick as shown in ME3 when he sparred with Vega.

As I recall it's said in the codex that all Alliance soldiers are enhanced anyway. Shepard is even further enhanced with cybernetics.

Uh... in the first instance, no one got sent flying, the guy got punched in the ribs and slunk to the ground. In the second instance, the Krogan chieftan was more surprised than stunned. lol

Thank you. And as stated, winning against ridiculous odds is Kirk's thing. Not to mention, he would monologue Shepard to death with a speech about the futility of human on human violence, and the inherent beauty of space exploration. Then he would sit down in his command chair, shift his shoulder a little bit, and game over.
