Cap would take a slight majority due to being absolutely in tune with his level of power.
Herc would be thrown off by his body behaving differently, but he would win a few due to being forced to rely on his skill(which outclasses Cap when he's really trying) than strength and durability.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
Oh I dunno. Being around for thousands of years and constantly being regarded as one of the most skilled fighters on Marvel Earth. Guys like Thor and Hercules have tons of fighting skill, they just never use it because they're so strong they just end up brawling ll the time. One of his best displays is when he fought Hulk and was pretty much overwhelming him with his Pankration Wrestling.
In comics, you can have millions of years of experience and still not be as skilled as a champion mixed martial artist.
Experience =/= Skill
Comic characters are morons and no amount of experience would equate to them learning new skills (like pressure point or chi strikes). They must be taught those new skills to supplement their experience or at least demonstrate that knowledge in comics. And fighting morons for a thousand years doesn't help increase skill much.
Pankration Wrestling against a being who has no wrestling skill or wrestling experience is a non feat.
