Satan is still the strongest non-ki human in DBZ. He'd wipe the floor with any irl fighter, and I don't believe Ryo is all that impressive.

Lol no. Hercule was the second strongest normal human fighter in the world after Videl. He'd stomp Ryo as much as I love Shenmue.

Not counting Videl and the people who are beyond human. Hercule is the strongest guy on the planet. I'm pretty sure he punched a hole in a bus, or at least took getting knocked through a bus.
Simply put, he's blatantly superhuman and would defeat anyone in the Shenmue verse. Ryo, his dad Iwao, Lan Di, all of them.
