 Fox McCloud vs. Prince Zuko

I would create a small narrative scenario for this fight, but f**k it.

Fight takes place in the courtyard where Azula fought Zuko. Fox gets his Brawl loadout and moveset (but any and all feats qualify), both get their respective melee weapons (Krystal's staff and Zuko's broadswords), and they fight under Sozin's Comet, which only has an hour left.

Out of ten, who takes this?
