What Revan mask does represent?
As a Darth Lord Revan is a master pupet but he have a rôle to play in in...
He play in his great sheme.... He is the scenarist and an actor... There is a part of him who is a pupet. He hide himself behind a pupet that resemble him...
And what the mask does? It is hidding his face !!!
The mask represented justice. The Mandalorian he took it from tried to stop the massacre of Cathar, and was instead butchered with the rest. (Source: KotOR 42)
Revan took upon the mask in memory of her cause. Of course, the mask would later go on to represent a form of justice that only a Dark Lord of the Sith could justify.

Yhea but in fact.. The mandalorian war was a conversion war.. So yhea it was a face of justice.. But Revan was hidding behind.... His hidding use the mask to hide his true intention.
ANd he stil wearing it after...

His mission is to destroy the republic.... But as you know.... He build his own empire to hide the existence of the true sith empire.... (Official version of the true sith.)
Have you ever wonder why the true sith empire wasn't attacking Revan own empire? With the star forge vulenrable and a bigger fleet.... They could have stop the threat of Revan star forge empire and dellay the attack on the republic...
Because they where believing in Revan that's why !
Revan show the face than you have ever wanted. Revan show you what you do want to see.
Only thing that's easy to believe. As teacher he always promise success as a general he always promise victory and glory, but not death...
He just take a part of himself and overplay the role. And he play this role with passion.
He use his emotions his believing as his own advantage. Not to just fortify his connection with the force....
What Revan had plan after Vitiate defeat? Well if Malak didn't stopped him...
Revan will peharps the maste rof the galaxy... He wouldn't have done this fore free....
ANd his tool of success is passion.. WIth passion he can exvell in every domain. He just need passion.
