Pre prime Vader confirmed to be superior to Dooku and Maul?
Here is a scan from the comic "Purge", that possibly confirms Vader by the time he has his suit (just after ROTS) is superior to Dooku and Maul.

Yeah, it's just saying that he became Sidious' apprentice after Maul and Dooku. Does not imply that he's more powerful than them.
