What could we do with Rakatta tech?

We could build turret with preco power. We could build shield able to focus the flux of the shield only on the point where it will be shot....

We could alter mater and energy. We could reshape everything ! transform energy into matter et vice et versa.

We could create autopregenerative hull !!!

Yhea but because american can be freekin stupid Jackass... (In some states Minesota Kentucky Texas, some guys in the mississipi who still loyalist with the KKK er sorry I wanted to mean the NRA XD.)
They don't realize that terrorists are hard to localize and don't leave like normal peoples.. Normal people who have know war, embargo etc.. This last decades....
