Raditz VS Garlic Jr
Garlic Junior in his mega steroid form in Dead Zone Vs Raditz.
Both had to be double teamed by Goku and Piccolo in around the same time period. Raditz never seemed to have difficulty fighting both of them though so if you guys want Garlic Jr can have his three Lackeys with him.

Raditz.
After dropping their weighted clothing, Goku/Piccolo actually seemed to overwhelm Garlic Jr., and likely would have killed him outright had he not been immortal. Conversely, Raditz still stomped the duo after they doffed the weighted clothing.

Well Raditz was capable of tanking moon-busting plus attacks without a scratch, as well as dishing out even stronger ones. If he hit Garlic Jr with a solid blast, and managed to vaporize him, I don't see Garlic Jr coming back.
