I agree Ragnos can't be a weakling in the Kaan sense, as enough reputable sources seem to legitimately respect his power. It's tough to gauge him exactly; my intuition puts him somewhere above Dooku but below Galen Marek in raw power, probably around Darth Revan's level.

I'd also like to say regarding Ragnos that TOR shits on the Novel in terms of continuity multiple times, no problem with Ragnos being Vitiate's master.
