Wouldn't Captain Marvelous win a fight by default, due to having a majority of the Red Rangers powers at his fingertips?
Or if we're ommiting Sentai and sticking strictly to Power Rangers: Jason wins.
The only legit badass, having that martial arts background.

I didn't follow Rangers much past the machine king era.
I've probably seen more sentai by now, only because I found out about subbing groups like TV Nihon and was curious about where Rangers came from (I also discovered Garo, which is like Power Rangers meets Blade, sort of.)

Tommy continued to get much much stronger thanks to the Zeo Crystal so theoretically he should be the strongest. Considering he is also called the best ranger to ever don the colors in Forever Red, the show probably agrees. He also has far far more experience at combat.
I think Shane from Ninja Storm is the fastest though.
