Price has a AR500 Armor, Colt M1911A1 with 80 rounds, AK-47 w/red dot sights with 100 rounds and 2 Grenades.
Soap has a AR500 Armor, IMI Desert Eagle with 50 rounds, Mossberg 500 with 30 buckshots and 2 Flashbangs.
Distance: They starts against each other from 70 yards.
Round 2: Knife fight with a large Bowie Knife on the same place Leon fought Krauser.
Final Round: H2H without weapons inside an steel caged ring.

Leon or Chris, even though they're both overrated as hell, Price and Soap are generic FPS Protagonist that have no feats other than mowing down enemies via gameplay. Hell Price and Soap nearly lost to that general dude at the end of MW2

Solid, don't make match like this anymore because Resident Evil people has taken down big monsters/zombies. CoD characters are only taken down original soldiers...

price and soap wins because they are badass fps protagonists run by the rule of cool
leon and chris cant even headshot 4 guys in a sceond like sam fisher or typical hollywood fodder
if you put leon and chris in cod they will be akin to a random spetsnaz or a black militia member price and soap kills everyday in large numbers
comparing re characters against cod characters is like comparing a 2 years old in coma against prime tyson
price or soap solos by putting a bullet in the first microsec of the fight to their skulls
come back when leon and chris can headshot 4 fodders like sam or other low end hollywood characters
