In new canon, is Yoda still considered to be the most powerful Jedi EVER (up to ROTS), or is he just considered to be the most powerful Jedi of his ERA?

Prime Luke should have absolutely been above Yoda, given that he was already equal to Vader as of RotJ.

^ Not unless they retroactively retcon things.
As of now, Yoda was the most powerful Jedi in history(up to RotS at least.)
