I honestly doubt that. When was the last time Surfer been knocked out? Comparing showings, Supes has faced the dirt a lot more but he does have more showings which is why i asked when was the last time Surfer been dropped.

Not exactly a ko, but Knull did beat him initially. Surfer got overpowered by his abyss powers and got turned into a puppet. Iirc Ego saved him at that point.
