Funny this happened to be at the top today; I just happened to watch it (for the umpteenth time) last night. Nobody's mentioned Errol as a favorite character yet. I like that raspy voice and dead-eyed stare. A co-worker and I always quoted (among other things) the lines between him and John in Turkish's apartment:

They're the classic cockney henchmen. I reckon the funniest characters are Sol, Vinnie and Tyrone, talk about incompetence. I love their botched heist at the bookies and the way Tyrone inadvertently saves them - classic.
