yes i also decided to buy a new, better-looking version tomorrow  (didnt have enough money today)... a black one with black lines on it showing pix Tolkien first wanted to have as the cover illustrations... very elegant.

lol here, two special editions books just came out some months ago... one for about 1,000 Euro (~ 1,200 $ I think) with medieval-looking paintings in it, leather cover, golden printings and everything... and one for 300 or 400 Euro, red leather, three books, also nice erm equipment - both a *little* too expensive for poor exa

i dont kno whether we have special edition books and stuff here, but all the stuff you can buy to do wit LOTR is realy expensive"!!!!!!!!
they sell hardly anything where i live, the only place i can get it is online
i really wanted the headdress of galadriel, andi saw a luvly middle earth charm bracelet, but it cost bucket loads
better start saving

Here you also just can get the jewellry stuff online, but they have nearly all books you need in the bookshop thats right in front of my school veeery practical.

don't move here, my town has NOTHING!!! with lotr stuff, the bookstore has well, the books and the film guides but that's it... i've been to austria but wasn't a lotr freak when i went there, i'll have to go again

We usually also have nearly nothing bout LoTR here, but I found nice jewellries with rings and stuff and some weaponry - and fantasy shops that had most of the swords... they look sooo great... aw  *wants to have them all*
