there was washout, from the recent weapon x program, who could turn into water, release pressurized bursts, etc. there was also some kid, from i think one issue of x-treme x-men, who seemed to have a silicon/water form. flubber of the recent "bizarre love triangle" arc of x-men was similar to hydro-man, without being able to change between water and human.
How exactly strong is he? I was under the impression that he was much more than professor X and stronger in every way, even before his transformation. I was talking to someone and they claimed that atleast while he was a part of Onslaught that Onslaught is just prof X using his full abilities without holding himself back and that X is an omega level mutant. I told him he was wrong but its been awhile since I read those issues so I couldn't say exactly how Onslaught is more powerfull.
Whatever happened to Sienna Blaze? She's the most dangerous mutant on the planet but hasn't appeared in years.

As the Horseman Death, Gambit has shown the ability to convert inert materials into toxic substances; for example, transforming breathable air into poisonous gases.
